When I recently had to buy another car, I neverly seriously considered going to another dealership. I've owned Toyota cars for over 15 years. This was the best direct dealer buying experience I've had. My sales rep was Steve Hennecke. Helpful, straightforward process from beginning to end. Used my Costco membership to get a great price on a 2012 Sienna. Minimal paperwork involved & quickly processed. No sales pressure. I wanted to buy a minivan without the usual hassles and games AND get a great price. Through the Toyota website, I sent out requests for prices to a number of dealerships. Arlie Perkins was very fast to get back to me with prices and options. He and Justin Hanlon were very patient as I refined my choice. They have a "soft sell" way of doing business which I find much more pleasant to do deal with as opposed to the usual pushy car salesman. Through the process I dealt with salesman from other dealerships and it only highlighted the honesty and integrity that I found at Molle. Jason McAfee helped finish the sale so that I understood all my options and gave me a fantastic price. Finally, Arlie patiently walked me through the technical parts of understanding up the car's various systems and helped me get the car home the same day. I would definitely recommend this group to friends and family. Molle Toyota is at an excellent location easy to access from anywhere in Metro KC. More
