Austin was very helpful and very kind. He made buying a new van more comfortable. He was even patient with all of my kids while we were there. The 2012 Toyota Prius that I purchased yesterday marks the third new Toyota Prius that I have purchased from Molle Toyota in the last two years. Steve Hennecke was my Sales Professional on all three purchase transactions. I came back to Molle Toyota and I remain a loyal and dedicated customer mainly because of Steve Hennecke. Seldom would I put the two words of "honest Salesman" together, but Steve Hennecke is indeed honest and quite deferential in how he interacts with his customers. His probity and service-in-apogee of what is required and expected separates him from most in his field. I like his thoughtful and capable method of doing business and I feel very-comfortable with him. This third purchase of another new Toyota Prius is as a proximate result of my oldest son totaling my Gold 2010 Prius. While this circumstance that created my need for another new Prius is negative, Steve Hennecke made the total experience of vehicle replacement easy and rewarding. I love the smell of a new car and I really like Steve Hennecke. He represents Molle Toyota with great distinction and he is exceptional by comparison. I was connected to Molle thru the Costco auto purchase plan. While I'm not a big fan of the care buying process, this was pretty painless. I believe I got a reasonable price. My wife and went to Molle and our sales person was Steve Hennecke. We purchased a new Prius and the experience was exceptional. Other dealers use a "high pressure tactic" but it's just the opposite at Moll Hennecke. We purchased a new Prius and the experience was exceptional. Tony Chu was the best salesman we could have gotten. When I walked into the Molle Toyota showroom he was extremely kind and humorous. I never doubted his word, which is hard to find. Neither boisterous nor flamboyant, Tony always gave straight answers. As a woman I appreciated that he never talked down to me and when my husband joined us later, Tony did not change his demeanor. We were not pressured at all. When my husband and I left to talk about cars over dinner, Tony was very gracious. Upon our return to the dealership, he met us with a smile but still let us make our decision without pressure. All in all, because we had the best possible car buying experience with Tony Chu we would completely recommend Molle Toyota. More

Moe was very knowledgeable on Toyota's products and Molle's services, and was eager to get the answers if he didn't know...he made buying the Camry so easy. I am glad I went back to Molle for my second Camry, and glad Moe was there to assist me in the transaction. I came to trade a 2006 Camry with 121,000 miles on it. I did not expect to be able to get into a new model. But working with Ray was very pleasant. He showed us our options and did not apply pressure ... ju did not expect to be able to get into a new model. But working with Ray was very pleasant. When we were done, we drove away in a 2012 Camry and are very happy. Ray gave us a generously fair trade-in, worked well with us on a very fair price for the new car. Whenever he stepped away I was on KBB.com checking prices. When we saw how we could get into a new car, we finished the paperwork with another fellow who has the "wrong dog breed" on his desk. LOL! He sold us an extended warranty with no pressure and it was completely our decision. Then Ray Kolman did a nice job getting the new car ready for us, getting answers to our every question, giving us a full tank of gas, and sending us off feeling like we had a very good experience. I am a person who generally has negative emotions about the car-buying process. I had zero negative emotions and feel I was treated with respect and was treated fairly. I will drive the 1.5 hours to Molle Toyota with pleasure to buy my next vehicle and look for Ray. More
