We have purchased three cars at Mollee Toyota from Steve Hennecke -- a Rav4, a Prius and a Sienna. Steve is always professional and helpful. With the purchase of our latest vehicle -- the Sienna -- he brought the van to our house to make sure it would fit in the garage. Steve then stayed and finished the negotations at our house so we didn't have to take our new baby out again. Not many sales folks would be thoughtful enough to extend that extra courtesy. Our experience with Steve was and always is a great. Steve always treats us professionally and with exceptional courtesy. As a result, we recommend Mollee and especially Steve Hennecke to our family and friends! (And although this does not change the overall rating of our experience, I do want to share the only part of it all that we did not like.... that was the finance manager trying to upsell us. We understand that is his job is to increase the overall margin and he was just doing his job, but it was the only part of the experience we did not like or need.) More

We collected dealer quotes from most dealers in the nearby area, had tons of questions, and e-mailed and called Lori several times in the week we spent searching for a new car. Lori patiently fielded our questions, worked with us on price, and ultimately got us a deal on a new Toyota Prius V when most other dealers we spoke with in Missouri and Kansas said we would be paying, well, a lot more, for that model of car. Lori was probably the least "salesy" salesperson we've worked with, which really put us at ease throughout the entire process. She never pressured us, but just kept trying to match us with the right vehicle for the right price. We were so pleased with the experience that we came back to Molle Toyota a week later and bought a 2012 3rd Generation Prius from her. More

Kevin and his technicians could not have done more to research the trouble with my 2002 Prius. They definitely went above and beyond the call of duty to figure this out, and to get it back to its old se research the trouble with my 2002 Prius. It was a very difficult problem to diagnose, but they found the problem and fixed it, and for a price that was reasonable, considering the systems involved and the parts it required, even though it was a major hit to MY budget. We actually visited Molle Toyota just to look at a RAV4 since it was the closest Toyota dealer to our house. We were greeted by Matt and he showed us a couple of different RAV4's and answered our question since it was the closest Toyota dealer to our house. We were greeted by Matt and he showed us a couple of different RAV4's and answered our questions. Matt was easy going and took my wife out for a test drive. She really liked the car and of course the color. I think because Matt didn't act like the typical car salesman, more like a friendly advisor; it was an easy decision to go ahead and purchase the RAV4. Of course, I would have liked a little more on my trade in, but I understood there's not much of a market for a 17 year old mini van and they treated me fairly. Overall we were very happy with our Molle Toyota experience and especially Matt. More
