Quinn Wright was a great salesman from a great dealership. He made sure I knew about good deals on cars similar to the one I was wanting, but ultimately his main concern was what I wanted and need dealership. He was almost always available to help me, even when I showed up unannounced, and if I had to wait for him the rest of the Molle staff made sure I was taken care of. We were directed to Molle through the Costco auto purchase plan. While I'm not a big fan of the care buying process, this was pretty painless. I believe I got a reasonable price. He followed up with us after our purchase to inquire whether or not we had any additional questions now that we have been in the Camry Hybrid XLE for a while. I really enjoyed working with Quinn over the internet than meeting him in person. I would recommend anyone to work with Quinn. He was not pushy, but he was caring and he did everything he could to make than meeting him in person. I would recommend anyone to work with Quinn. I had been searching for different dealers over internet and Quinn, was the one that worked the best to make sure I felt comfortable with the deal and I saw the "Value" in his deal and made it have the Same "value" as other deals from other dealers. You can tell that he wants to make a sell, but he isn't overly pushy or make you feel stupid or forced into a deal. He seems to Truly want to make sure you are happy, and not just about how much money he can make. This I liked. I can not comment on the work, because we haven't had the Xzilon scheduled to go in yet or put on. Can Rate that latter. Go See Quinn! Tell him Joy sent you. ;) oh I also say that I talked With Quinn over the course of Two weeks I think, and he didn't get pushy or rude, or say your taking to much time! The vehicle options we were seeking were not available with a model Molle had on their lot. He took the time to find the best match on another lot. He kept me updated on the status over the next few days until the vehicle arrived. I had a vehicle trade in. The process was very easy. Why did I not rate 5's on overall experience and price? With David personality it was all 5's! What tripped us up was dealer confusion and oversight on the rebate/financing. Basically I wound up having to do a second set of paperwork. Overall it was a very good experience. More

Mary's being the one to greet me when I arrived at Molle was our good fortune as her knowledge and confidence immediately inspired trust that put me at ease throughout the rest of the process, which turned out to be quite enjoyable.I appreciate how Mary simplified and consolidated the information needed for us to make a decision on the spot. We had researched pricing and determined in advance what we thought our best price offer would be. There were no bargaining games as in the old days. The price offered by Mary Witt and Molle Toyota matched our best researched figure. With Toyota rebates this month, the price came in $300 less than that available through the Costco online customer discount for Molle.. In the past I consdiered shopping for a new car one of my least favorite activities. Experiencing the process with Mary's assistance made the entire experience not only painless, but actually quite pleasant. More
