I was in the market to replace my 2007 Acura MDX. Having purchased 5 cars previously at molle toyota, that was my first visit. I was greeted by Rick and immediatly he was an Experienced, knowledgeable and p purchased 5 cars previously at molle toyota, that was my first visit. I was greeted by Rick and immediatly he was an Experienced, knowledgeable and professional sales rep. That is not always the case. Being in sales myself, I am able to appreciate the true professionals. Rick worked with me for about a month on many options and was always eager to provide all the information I needed to help me make an educated decision. Not once did I feel the pressure to make a decision at the moment. I have bought many cars over the last 47 years and working with Rick was one of my best experiences. In 3 years when my lease in up I will plan to go back and find Rick. More
Richard was very helpful and came out to greet me as soon as i came to the dealership. He was a straight shooter..which i was happy to see for a car salesmen. I bought my first Scion at Molle a few days after the 2007 Auto Show in KC. The sales and service staff were extraordinarily friendly so I returned for my next purchase. Anthony was very knowledable about the vehicle I selected, and knowing it was an updated version of my previous car, he was able to point out features that were the same or different. He was very patient and made an effort to get things acomplished quickly so I wasn't there all day. Anthoby described the sales process step-by-step so there were no surprises. The dealer is located in south KC and he was willing to go to the northland rental car agency with me to transport me back to the dealership. I have talked to friends about how well Molle staff treat customers and know the ones who have been there agree. I go back for service even though it is about 30 miles from my home because they are trustworthy and get the job done. The service staff keep customers updated on service progress. More
Randy was very friendly and accomodating. When I picked up my new car there was a cup holder liner missing. I told him it was not a problem but he insisted on ordering one. I went to several dealerships before I ended up at Molle toyota. All of the dealerships I was at prior wanted to hassle and offer me low trade in offers and high prices. I had my heart set on a Chevy but sh toyota. All of the dealerships I was at prior wanted to hassle and offer me low trade in offers and high prices. I had my heart set on a Chevy but shopping several dealerships on stateline I decided to look at Toyota, Richard came out and greeted us. He was super eager to help and straight forward, I told him I was headed to Chevy and he asked if I would just give him a chance. He promised me he would give me the best deal out there and to just stop by. I had heard that promise several times so I was reluctant but open if I didnt get the offer from Chevy. Needless to say another Chevy dealership failed expectations, so I went to Richard with low expectations. Richard took my car to evaluate trade in and came back with the highest offer yet! Richard came out with his best offer and I didn't have to play the usual games to get a better deal. Richard even helped to give us a better deal on the car price itself. I got the payment that I wanted and knowing Molle will do the maintance over the 25000 miles gives me peace of mind. I've never been happier with a dealership. Thanks Richard Maloney More

The representative showed responsiveness to my concerns making eye contact, smiles and assurance. Active listening and the use of previous online information was not used,causing missing concerns not to be making eye contact, smiles and assurance. My fluids were not topped off, my car sat for a couple of days per waiting for parts and was not given the usual wash that is provided when service has been completed. Left the trash (papers)and a gritty film on the clutch. Paying over $1000.00 I expect better service with the minor details. More
