I had the pleasure of working with Rick McPherson regarding the purchase of a 2013 Highlander. I enjoyed Rick's approach, personality, and his knowledge of the Toyota products. Rick created an atmosphere where I felt comfortable making a decision regarding which vehicle would fit my needs without sacrificing the safety of my family. Rick is a very honest person and I feel he cares about his customer and wants to see the customer make the decision that best fits the customer. This was a very refreshing approach. During the delivery I was greeted by Rick who walked me through every option an ensured I was very familiar with the vehicle prior to leaving. Rick was very enthusiastic during the delivery and made it enjoyable to learn about the new purchase. Rick even took the time to pair my Bluetooth and walk me through the navigation features. The only disappointment was picking up a clean car only to pull out into the rain.......I can’t blame Rick, I think this was out of his control. When I had traded my 2008 F J Cruiser for a 2012, I'd purchased running boards. They were ordered, but the wrong color had been sent the first time, and the correct color came in Thursday, 10/11/12. I' purchased running boards. They were ordered, but the wrong color had been sent the first time, and the correct color came in Thursday, 10/11/12. I'm short, and have a problem with my hip now & then, so when the running boards came in, Nick Gaydusek (my sales person) and Rodney Skaggs offered to put them on for me. They said it wouldn't take long, and they'd be glad to put them on, so I came by after work yesterday - Friday 10/12/12. Unfortunately this was the first time this particular running board had been installed, and was more complicated then they had originally thought, thus it took them awhile. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND in getting the running boards on for me. They worked WELL AFTER CLOSING HOURS to be sure they were properly installed. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff after 6PM. They had work to do, and went about their business, yet still took time to make me feel comfortable, and safe. I felt sorry for Nick and Ray having such a hard time, and really do appreciate their dedicated customer service to get it taken care of for me. They were AWESOME, and so are the running boards!!!! I just wanted you to know what a wonderful impression these individuals made on me as my first customer services experience - other then purchasing the F J - and due to this experience, I definitely will be back for all maintenance services. Within the last week my husband and I purchased a new Highlander from Molle Toyota. We were repeat customers to this dealership and, as before, we received excellent service from our salesman, Matt Robi Highlander from Molle Toyota. Matt did not pressure us to buy but worked us through the process in a relaxed and professional manner. We especially appreciated the time Matt took to throughly educate us on our new Highlander's entune system. First, I NEVER write reviews on anything, second, saying I hate car shopping is an understatement. After visiting 2 different dealerships in the KC area and being treated like I was an idiot and wasting hou I hate car shopping is an understatement. After visiting 2 different dealerships in the KC area and being treated like I was an idiot and wasting hours of my life, I saw the Molle Toyota ad for 0% financing for 72 months on certified USED vehicles. I was certain it was a trick or some sort of sales gimmick but figured I'd check it out. I called first to try to do the negotiating over the phone and to check out the offer. I spoke with Shawn W who was extremely friendly and most of all HONEST. I explained that if I got sat in a room and he left 4 or 5 times to "talk to his manager" about price he would find the office empty! He promised this would not be the case. I went in, drove the car and while there wasn't a whole lot of movement on the price, the car was already priced extremely reasonably and the financing was the "real deal". I was in and out in less than an hour with a new Camry that I LOVE. It was the first positive car buying experience I have ever had and the first time I didn't feel like I was being treated like I was clueless because I am a single woman.
