While having not been a Toyota customer, I was interested in learning about what Toyota had to offer in the SUV/Crossover category. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by a nice young man inquir in learning about what Toyota had to offer in the SUV/Crossover category. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by a nice young man inquiring as to how he might help me. I said that I was there to be educated about the Toyota products, most especially in the SUV/Crossover category. My salesman, Jason Sheafer, showed me two of their models....the Highlander and the RAV4. He discussed the amenities of each, and we decided we would take a spin in the Highlander. My present crossover was somewhat smaller than the Highlander, so, we then drove the RAV4. We compared sizes, fuel economy, and other likenesses and differences. Being somewhat pressed for time, I left the dealership, confident that I had a good working knowledge of the Toyota products...thanks to my salesman, Jason! Upon my arrival home, I got on the computer and picked out two or three other crossovers, comparing interior and exterior sizes, amenities, fuel economy, etc. My research basically confirmed my initial reaction to the Highlander, that being that it has great interior fit and finish, is not too small and not too big, and would be a product I wished to further pursue. Molle Toyota had given me the breakdown of numbers should I decide to trade in my present automobile and do the deal and, quite honestly, I found their numbers reasonable and realistic for both of us! I had stated early in our conversation that I didn't want to play the "game" of haggling, and that, in order to save time, I wanted hard numbers. With the "numbers" in hand, my computer research, and the helpfulness and likeability of my salesman, it seemed appropriate to pursue closing the deal and trade. We agreed on terms, color, and model by phone, and I was able to arrive to make the exchange and complete the paperwork with precious little hassle!!! I have traded cars on an average of every two or three years and this was one of the few times all was handled so efficiently! I appreciated the professionalism, the sincerity, the honesty, and the demeanor of my salesman, Jason Sheafer, through the whole process. As a result, I would suggest that anyone who is in the market for a trade, give Molle Toyota and Jason Sheafer the opportunity to satisfy your needs. More
I knew exactly what I wanted - a Prius II in an exact color. I went to one other Toyota dealer and then met Mary Witt at Molle. The difference was like night and day. They already had the cars that meet my needs pulled up. Pau the salesman showed me the cars, I picked out what I knew each son would like. Excellent work and prices. Tuesday I took the boys in and my daughter in law. They loved what they were offered. J.R. in finance worked hard to get everything done on Tuesday knowing my son would deploy the next day. Both sons walked out and drove their certified cars home. And hasn't shut up since. Both telling all their friends "If you need a car go to Molle" We had went to another Toyota in Shawnee Mission KS and they couldn't touch the deal. WAY TO GO. More
