He kept me up with how things were going, and was open to conversation and questions I had about my car and paying for the work done. He took my coupon and even included another one he had for my my new battery purchase. He walked me out so I could find my car and gave me tips on future work I had in mind. I feel badly I don't know his name, but I felt he was sincere, cared, and I appreciated all he did to make my visit complete and painless. I'd highly recommend, and do, to my friends and family. I live in wichita and don't have the time or with the virus thing going on to be exposed to too many different people. With that said I had contacted a couple to start with dealerships. So, I decided to start with Molle and see what happens. I have never had such a pleasant buying experience and all done through emails. But when I got there the great experience continued. Brad Van Eaton was super great in the whole transaction. To add to this I actually was part of a management team that opened up a Toyota dealership about the same time Molle did. Molle has always had a good reputation even with other dealers. In KC it was always difficult to dealer trade in those days but Molle always worked with us. Thanks for still being the stand up dealership I remember. I will let everyone I can to speak with you before making a decision to buy a Toyota anywhere else. More
