Sales process was good but that is where the positive experience ended... First they forgot to install wheel locks I had already paid for... Then the glove compartment handle broke and had my son & w experience ended... First they forgot to install wheel locks I had already paid for... Then the glove compartment handle broke and had my son & wife waiting in service area for 2 hours before telling us they forgot us and the 'part was not in stock'... Then they forgot to order the replacement part... Finally, the replacement part came in and my son took car to dealer at his appointment time and was told they were 'over booked' and he had to come back at a different time... I do not think the problem is Toyota or even the sales department but someone should think twice about taking their Toyota to Molle Service department. More

As we have been extremely pleased with our last car, an '06 Toyota Sienna, purchased at Molle Toyota, we knew we would return there for our next car purchase. After we had decided on "the car" that we wanted, he worked with us to get the price to where we could reach a purchase agreement. He handled all the necessary work, promptly and efficiently, all the while maintaining a friendly manner. At the time we picked up the car, he spent considerable amount of time with us, explaining all the features and the use of the navigation system to us. He went "above and beyond" the call of duty. We will not hesitate to recomend both Molle and Clayton to anyone. More

We recently shopped several (Costco Certified) dealerships in the Kansas City area and our experience at Molle Toyota was by far the most satisfactory. The salesman's knowledge of the product (20 dealerships in the Kansas City area and our experience at Molle Toyota was by far the most satisfactory. The salesman's knowledge of the product (2013 Highlander SE V6) and the particular protocols required by Costco was impressive. He and his manager worked together seamlessly to make us feel like true participants in the process rather than just "customers". I'm pleased to say there wasn't a single "hard sell" associate to be found. The facility isn't new by any means but the showroom was clean and comfortable.
