I was welcomed from the first moment I walk in the door. Friendly nice people. Steve went out of his way to accomadate me, answer questions, and make me feel comfortable. The Rav4 sold it's self, I loved Friendly nice people. Steve went out of his way to accomadate me, answer questions, and make me feel comfortable. The Rav4 sold it's self, I loved it. Again Steve spent time with me to explain all the new features and to make me feel comfortable with my new car...very satisfied!! My husband and I visited Molle Toyota to shop for a car.. My husband had in mind what he was looking for. We asked for Chris before we got there because I had worked with Chris at JCPenney. He showed us 2 or 3 cars and took us out to test drive them. Chris was very thorough and very PATIENT!!! He answered all of our questions and showed us how to work different things on the cars. My husband chose a Camry Hybrid and Chris went over the car with us. He knows his stuff and , once again, was very patient with us. We enjoyed working with Chris and when I'm ready to buy a car, I will go back to Chris. More

Wilbert made my car buying experience stress free and I really appreciate that. Wilbert made sure to answer all my questions. Wilbert was friendly and helpful throughout my car buying experience. Brought my 2012 Camry in for 20k service, also because my driver window is making a noise when going down and up. First off I was told 1 hour wait, then the advisor told me the issue with the window was becu driver window is making a noise when going down and up. First off I was told 1 hour wait, then the advisor told me the issue with the window was becuase of the "dark" tint. (I have legal 35%). Don't see how tint is the blame for the problem if that's the case the passenger window would do the same thing. Second, I asked the advisor about a stain in one of the seats (water spill) and if it could be removed, was never given an answer or advise on what to do, advisor forgot about the issue. Third, I was asked if I wanted a free car wash, estimated wait 25 MORE minutes after 1 hour if not more had already went by. Well after an hour I finally got tired of waiting and went up to the advisor and asked about my car, my car was sitting outside and had been sitting their for who knows how long, to top everything off my car was washed with one of the rear windows cracked open, enough to get the rear seat splashed and water drops all over it. As a result of the window problem I guess they think its the window seals, so they ordered the parts, I called and canceled the order. Called Adams Toyota and I am having them order the parts and work on my car. I went to Molle just because I was in the area but never again. In my opinion very unprofessional. Waiting times are rediculous. And blaming the issue of my window on tint?? Come on' now. More
I have worked with Anthony in the past. I have found him to be very easy to work with, very customer oriented and not at all high pressure. I would give big zero for Molle. They are cheaters. I went for my car servicing, they came up with so many fake problems in my car. The problems that were real, they never fixed those but charged me.
