we have given up on using the Molle Service department. Your Service reps are consistently pushing product and services and not prone to listen. I traded up for a newer RAV4 and the experience was great for the most part. Wes did a nice job finding the right vehicle for me. I was surprised that Toyota is still using carbon-backed forms the salesperso for the most part. Wes did a nice job finding the right vehicle for me. I was surprised that Toyota is still using carbon-backed forms the salesperson has to hand-write to complete rather than on-line. What took an hour could have been done in 15 minutes. More
