we have given up on using the Molle Service department. Your Service reps are consistently pushing product and services and not prone to listen. We no longer will use your service dept and were not happy Your Service reps are consistently pushing product and services and not prone to listen. I traded up for a newer RAV4 and the experience was great for the most part. Wes did a nice job finding the right vehicle for me. I was surprised that Toyota is still using carbon-backed forms the salesperso for the most part. Wes did a nice job finding the right vehicle for me.
