I am impressed with the Service Department's Professionalism. They replaced the front brakes, a seized brake caliper, and a transmission fluid changed, while helping me with a savings coupon for my 2000 Lexus RX 300. The gentleman who took care of my much loved car and me deserves a raise; his name is: Mr. Steven Oliver. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - H O W E V E R - The "Live Chat" is worthless, and it caused me enormous frustration and disappointment, when attempting to contact the Service Manager because my phone was not working. When I asked her to make a simple phone call for me because my phone wasn't working, to the Service Department the "Live Chat" lady informed me that she didn't have the resources to do that, then added the callous insult to call a Molle Toyota telephone number! The "live Chat" was like having a conversation with a fence post. It was later revealed to me that Molle Toyota Service had also failed multiple attempts of calling me. The "Live Chat" failed the dealership and the customer on this case. I am an old man. More

Cameron met us at the door and we told him what we were looking for and the whole process began. Both Cameron and Don laid out our options. My husband and I took all the information and went home to think things over. They kept in contact with us but I felt no pressure, they were more than willing to answer all of our questions. I was immediately greeted by Anthony when I walked in the door. I explained that I needed to talk with Beth since I had been contacted by her about the Costco car buying program. She assigned us to Anthony and we could not have been more pleased. He was so personable and took me on a test drive. He showed me the paperwork that listed the costs I could expect to pay. This is exactly what I had found on the website. I didn't have to wait long for my current car to be appraised and Anythony got me exactly what I wanted to sell it for. I am so pleased with my new Rav4 and will never buy another car from anyone but Anthony. Now my boyfriend wants to come buy a car from him. I was also surprised at how easy our time with Rodney Skaggs was when we got ready to complete the financial paperwork. There was nothing high pressure and he took the time to explain everything.
