Sharon called and spoke with Anthony who was friendly and a 'straight shooter' with no BS. He outlined the cost and different ways to make this deal work. Sharon made a trip to the 103rd st dealership and She and Anthony brought the car by my office while I was at work. I went for a short ride and Anthony gave me the lowdown on the niceties of the car while I drove through rush hour traffic. When I got off work Sharon and I visited with Anthony and agreed upon a sales price...all was straightforward with no 'hidden agenda'. Due to the late hour we put off getting the car until the next day. Again, Anthony had everything ready and explicitly laid out for us to see the advantages of buying this car. We met with Jay Young for the finance hurdle...surprise .. another no hassle, no pressure experience. Use of the computer powerpoint-like program outlined everything very clearly. All the options presented were logical and understandable. Sharon commented that she had bought her Toyota Rav4 from another dealership(Hendrick?) that was a totally different experience. She had felt 'trapped' and coerced by the finance person...at Molle it was more like a dialogue....just discussing the possibilities! We left the dealership in our new car and are extremely pleased with the whole experience. More

Wish I had closer options I live less than a mile from this dealership and my wife is handicapped so it's much easier to drop my car here with the wife's help rather than the o I live less than a mile from this dealership and my wife is handicapped so it's much easier to drop my car here with the wife's help rather than the other dealership 10 miles away. I keep giving them a chance to do better and I keep getting disappointed. Today I picked my vehicle up after dropping if off last night for a tire rotation and recall work. I walked into the service pickup/drop off area and stood waiting for help for 14 minutes with no acknowledgement that I was visible. There are several station in a parallel line (five?) and there were three techs at their stations. The tech closest to me was very busy and so busy in fact that he took in three new customers while I stood in front of his station waiting to be seen (humming the song "cellophane"). The second tech looked at me three times but was so "busy" making phone calls and doing paperwork that he didn't have a second to ask me why I was there. The third tech never looked at me one time. The first tech finally, after 14 minutes, asked me what I needed and asked for my name. He then continued to help his third new customer (after me) and then told the second tech my name and why I was there. I paid for my work and obtained my car without incident. Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm for me when I go to this dealership to pick up my car. I had a completely different experience at the other dealership but it's too far away. It was nice that I could pay for the work right at the service desk in the garage area. More

Bill explained all the available services available, Rob went over every operating detail and clearly explained each function. Jason got the options in and installed in 2 days. When tagging the new vehicle, the local DMV had a petty issue with the paperwork that Molle quickly resolved by faxing revised documents so I didn't have to go back to the dreaded DMV. Now that is excellent customer service! More
