The search is over My wife and I were looking for a newer SUV since hers is 12 years old, still in great working order but it was time for a change. I searched on the we My wife and I were looking for a newer SUV since hers is 12 years old, still in great working order but it was time for a change. I searched on the web for various SUVs looking at safety, size, bang for dollar. Then I took my web knowledge to the dealerships were I saw the certified used cars and was not happy. Either I did not like the car or was good with the car and not like / afford the price. Most of the dealers wanted me to lease and up sell but I was fairly specific by telling them our needs and price point. Then I came across Costco and Molle. I called Costco's auto buying program who put me in touch with Beth Andrew, we spoke several time so I came in and was introduced to Clayton Bailey. Clayton took the time with my wife and I (about 4 hrs on a Friday) to test drive several cars, review options and go over pricing line by line. He took time to listen to our needs and wants and worked from there. After all of that we found the car. The options, color inside and out but just needed to work out cost. This is were Rodney came in. Now Costco pricing did most of the work however, Rodney worked with me on my trade in and some options. He also took the time to know my wife and I. Our needs and worked in our behalf not just to make a buck for the dealership. I purchased a 2016 Highlander the following day feeling good. Thank you Molle Toyota and your team of professionals. So many times I was told when I contacted the other dealers on what I was looking for everything went great up until I gave them my credit information then they told me they would locate one for me. LOCATE ONE? I was under the indication that they had it on their lot.?? Even though their active inventory list on the internet said they had it in stock they lied. That was to only get me to call and for them to get my contact information. After many harassing calls from the other dealers. I started calling dealers and asking first WHAT DO HOU HAVE ON YOUR LOT AS TO TACOMAS? . I was able to reach Ed at Molle. The other dealers tried leading me onto black ones with gaudy red interiors and red ones with butterscotch interiors. Not exactly what I told them I was looking for. Yes, Even though Molle was over 200 miles away from my home just because the salesman, Ed Garvin came across as being sincere in my plight, reliable for calls back and helpful in my request to locate a new Tacoma. He helped me to purchase a nice 2016 Tacoma from his existing inventory. He sent me pictures and I agreed to purchase as soon as I could get there. Great job Ed. Thanks for the great service. More
