First of all, I would like to apologize for the confusion. The reason that the deal was no longer the same when speaking on the phone to Steve was because you withheld important information from us that would completely affect the entire deal. Steve went to his Managers to configure a deal with the incorrect information that you had given him. From there, the Managers were able to get to the payment that you wanted to be at, which is what you and Steve had discussed over the phone. Upon your arrival, you informed us that the vehicle that you wanted to trade in had a salvaged title, that paying interest on a vehicle was against your religion, and that you wanted us to add your taxes into your monthly payment, yet wanted your monthly payment to stay at the same amount that was discussed over the phone. Of course we will do everything we can to accommodate all of our customer’s needs to the best of our ability, but we are unable to do so when the information that we are given is incorrect and a price is being demanded that is stretched so far outside of our means, leaving us no room what so ever to negotiate. Again, I apologize for the circumstances. Thank you for your time.

You apologies but it's obvious that you are unable to do nothing but pass the blame. The deal that was discussed over the phone is exactly the same in all aspects except one. I forgot to tell Steve that I also had tax included in the price but before heading over to Molle I called Steve back and told him about the tax and he said Molle was so competitive that he will most likely be able do the same deal at the least. Beyond that this is not my first time to deal with Molle toyota. My first car was from Molle and based off of that transaction, Molle was the 1st place I went and was my #1 choice for a new car. That visit was also not my first visit to Molle this time around. I spoke with another salesman that was great and he was the reason I called Molle before I finalized a deal with another dealer. When speaking with the salesman I told him that I will not deal with interest even if it was just one cent and he said they can work something out. Every single time I speak about a large purchase I say I am not Able and unwilling to deal with interest and usury. It's an honor that is afforded to me through my religion. Steve was upset that I am not willing to go against the teaching of Islam and Jesus to make a sale. By the way the price with interest was lower than my price point but I will not go against God to save a buck. My first time dealing with Molle was great from start to finish. This time is going to be my last. This is not the same Molle anymore.
