Steve Henecke Lied just so I would leave another dealer Steve Hinicky, made clames that Molle is able to be "much more competitive" than Hendricks Toyota to make me stop a deal that was almost signed. It was late and so I asked Steve if it will be okay for them to stay late if I went to him that close to closing time. Steve told me that it will be no problem and that I should make my way to Molle as fast as I could. After getting to Molle the offer that was available over the phone was no longer available and they were not close to the offer that Hendricks was offering. Steve kept saying it's time to go home even though over the phone it was "no problem". So he lied to steal a sale from Hendricks but than it was time to go home so he didn't even try to make a deal. The above rating is only for the sales team and that particular sales rep. If you were only looking to get some work done on your car. I would give the service department 5 stars. More
Test Drive and Possibly Purchase a RAV4 I had been to a few other dealerships, then decided to go to Molle Toyota to test drive a Used RAV4. I hadn't seen a car I liked. I believe I was fortunate to have CLAYTON BAILEY, as my Sales Representative, at Molle. He introduced himself and asked what I was looking for in a vehicle. In talking with Clayton Bailey, I learned he had served in Afghanistan, as a Marine. I am a Veteran. We talked and walked towards where the Used RAV4 Toyotas were located. Clayton Bailey answered all my questions, immediately. He knew the RAV4 well, in fact all the vehicles, as I was asking about the various cars. I saw a Certified Used RAV4 that looked sporty, the right color and I wanted to test drive it, because I had already learned that it had the features I wanted in a vehicle. Clayton Bailey was professional, kind, patient, throughout the entire time. I decided to get the RAV4. You will find your search the BEST in working directly with Clayton Bailey. Ask for him. We finally narrowed it down to a couple of options and pulled the trigger on a certified used Prius. While the delivery had a bit of a wart (with a small ding being added to the vehicle during detailing) the way Nathan handled the issue is why I am writing this review. The after sale service has been outstanding. Not only was the small ding that happened during detailing fixed to our satisfaction, a couple other issues were taken care of as well. The dealer could have justifiably said "too bad" on the other issues as we discovered them after taking delivery (they were cosmetic). I will happily refer anyone I can to Nathan. More

The discounts were good, we got colors we really liked, and there weren't a bunch of unwanted add-on options. I was embarrassed to find out that Ryan came in on his day off yesterday morning to complete our second deal, I'd have postponed things had I known, but he didn't complain. He's been nothing but helpful, and is arranging to get minor scratches fixed. Hendrick Toyota is very close to our home in Merriam, but we now prefer doing our purchases with Molle. If only I could talk my wife into letting me trade in my 2012 Prius for one of the cool 2016 Priuses! That's asking too much, I'm afraid! More
