This is our second time to purchase a Highlander from Molle. This time our sales rep was Kyle. He was absolutely outstanding and worked his tail off to answer our questions and get us the best deal pos Molle. This time our sales rep was Kyle. He was absolutely outstanding and worked his tail off to answer our questions and get us the best deal possible. The GM of the truck side was also outstanding as he crunched the numbers and helped get us a great deal. Both men were personable, helpful and I felt honest. We then went up to the car side to meet with the financial person. We waited, waited, waited, and waited some more. Frankly it was to the point of ridiculous. I think if you have a person out and it is a Friday you call someone else in for financial. Finally, we were ushered into meet with Darnell and he made the process painless and quick because he knew we were irritated at this point. So this is not against Darnell, Kyle or the GM down at the truck part, it would be an overall management issue. I would give Kyle, truck GM (sorry I forgot your name) and Darnell a 5 and I would give the overall general manager of Molle Toyota a 1 for his falling down on his backside with enough personnel, We love out new Highlander, its ride, color, looks, etc. This is our 4th Highlander (one from each generation of Highlanders) and I would buy from Molle again. One last shoutout is to Tony, we forgot to take our title and drove it back the next day. He saw us and came to see what we needed. He answered our one question and said he would walk the title up to financial for Kyle as he was with a customer. (Kyle also saw us and made a quick appearance to see that everything was okay.). More

My service representative succinctly explained what was going on with my car. He explained why water was leaking behind my right front fender and what to expect when the weather gets cold.
