It started out good as usual but when I came to pick up my car from service my agent was not available. I waited a while but when no one helped me I asked someone who had just finished with a customer. He my car from service my agent was not available. I waited a while but when no one helped me I asked someone who had just finished with a customer. He rudely told me rhat he had another client and I needed to speak with my agent. When I tried to explain that he was not available he rudely pointed to someone else to help me that had just walked up. I wish I had gotten his name. Otherwise the person that helped me was very courteous and went to find my paperwork and we even shared a laugh. I say all of this to say that I generally have a great experience, so one time will not spoil the other times at this dealership. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Molle since 2001 and currently I am looking to purchase a 3rd. Hope this review is helpful. More

When I phoned the dealership they were very polite and explained exactly where I needed to go to look for what I wanted. I next met with the corporate person who handles the Costco Auto Program who had explained exactly where I needed to go to look for what I wanted. I next met with the corporate person who handles the Costco Auto Program who had a consultant right away to meet the requests we were asking for. The consultant immediately pulled up a vehicle which happened to be exactly what I was looking for. He showed us the interior of the car and explained the different accessories of the SUV. We decided to buy and everything was handled very expertly, including the financing of the car. I would immediately recommend anyone to Molle Toyota for this exact same experience. More
