I was unable to schedule appointment online. HOWEVER, I called early in the morning, and was able to get my car in for service on that very day! I LOVED THAT!! It started out good as usual but when I came to pick up my car from service my agent was not available. I waited a while but when no one helped me I asked someone who had just finished with a customer. He my car from service my agent was not available. I waited a while but when no one helped me I asked someone who had just finished with a customer. He rudely told me rhat he had another client and I needed to speak with my agent. When I tried to explain that he was not available he rudely pointed to someone else to help me that had just walked up. I wish I had gotten his name. Otherwise the person that helped me was very courteous and went to find my paperwork and we even shared a laugh. I say all of this to say that I generally have a great experience, so one time will not spoil the other times at this dealership. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Molle since 2001 and currently I am looking to purchase a 3rd. Hope this review is helpful. More
