Amazing! I brought my Sequoia in for brake work after it started pulsating fully expecting to spend $400-$500. After looking at the brakes, the Service Manager I brought my Sequoia in for brake work after it started pulsating fully expecting to spend $400-$500. After looking at the brakes, the Service Manager said they were fine and just needed tweaked. They charged me nothing to fix the problem! I didn't know that was possible in the car business. They did gain a customer for life. I already have bought cars here but certainly will again. Really impressed! More

Quick check-in, pleasant waiting room I drove right in to the service area and was immediately met by a service advisor. While checking me in he verified that my car was up-to-date on all I drove right in to the service area and was immediately met by a service advisor. While checking me in he verified that my car was up-to-date on all service notes or recalls, then checked my service history to make sure I hadn't missed any recommended services recently. We discussed my reason for being there (140K miles check), he verified that it was OK to make the recommended transaxle fluid change, then I went to the waiting room for coffee and a doughnut, courtesy of the service team. While inspecting the car the team determined that I needed a cabin air filter and a pair of license plate lights. I approved those as well. Shortly after, about an hour earlier than estimated, my service advisor let me know that my service was complete. As I drove away I noticed that the cabin smelled much fresher. Thanks, Molle Toyota. Wasting my time I went in knowing the exact vehicle I wanted. Sales dealership tried to sell me a truck I didn't want explaining how my desires were wrong and I didn I went in knowing the exact vehicle I wanted. Ignoring that, I ordered the vehicle and waited about 3 months for it to come in. When it came in it had accessories I didn't order and was lacking ones I did order. So I waited hours for the unwanted accessories to be removed (which, of course, they offered to sell me) They had to order the parts I did pay for and had to go back for another "appointment" weeks later that took 90 minutes to bolt on some parts. On top of that, I only received one key for my truck. One month later, I still don't have my second key in spite of being told it was shipped (on two separate occasions). At this point they won't return my calls any more. I just want the key I should have gotten the day I paid for the truck. All of this with zero effort required on the part of the salesman. I just wanted to buy a truck. Not sure I'll ever get my second key. More
