Working with Steve Hennecke was such a good experience. He was very knowledgeable about the brand and extremely professional. He never pressured me into a deal but only showed me what the cars offered and took me out on test drives. After a week, I decided to return and purchase. The exact car wasn't on their lot but they worked with me to get the one that I wanted. More

quick fix I purchased a new Hylander that was transferred from another dealership and somewhere along the lines I had wiring from the lift gate that wasn't tuck I purchased a new Hylander that was transferred from another dealership and somewhere along the lines I had wiring from the lift gate that wasn't tucked under the rear body structure. After bringing the car home and looking over it is when I found it... Called you all and was able to get it in the following week and you all fixed(tucked the wiring) back under the paneling. Although annoying that this wasn't found before it was taken off then lot-but the Service was done well and relatively quick,. :) More

Tyler Parman helped me decide on the best deal--used vs. new, which car package and financing options. No pressure. Most professional. We talked over a period of 2 days. He found what I needed/wanted, spent time setting up the phone, explained/demonstrated the various safety features, etc. Best experience buying a Toyota ever (this is my fourth). Good Service Department I have always had good luck at the Molle Toyota service center. I have been getting my Tacoma maintenance done here since I purchased the truck in '1 I have always had good luck at the Molle Toyota service center. I have been getting my Tacoma maintenance done here since I purchased the truck in '13, and the folks are kind and never pushy about work to be done. They will tell me when work is "due" to be done, but it is always up to me to make the decision to do it that day, or on another visit. More
