Not sure what the purpose of appointments is The dealership's service department set me up with a 7:50 AM for an oil change. For whatever reason, the car was not taken back until 8:30 AM. That's a long time to wait. I don't mind waiting 45 minutes for that service. I do mind wasting another 40 minutes to even get to the appointed time.
