And thank you for your ongoing service in the Kansas Army National Guard. Speaking of Todd Heston, what a great representative of Toyota. He took excellent care of us and was professional with a warm personal touch throughout our buying experience. Todd even checked in and continued to assist the timely processing of our purchase while on his day off! Bill Herder, the "money man," made sure the numbers all worked and that the financial/title paperwork was thoroughly processed. Bill helped us understand and choose the Vehicle Protection Plan (Tire & Wheel). J.R. Schaffer helped us evaluate our financing and choose the right extended warranty option (the "Certified Platinum" Vehicle Service Agreement). He was very patient and informative. In short, our experience with these members of the Molle Toyota team was excellent. I would rate them 6 stars, but am limited to 5. If you want to work with consummate automotive professionals who know their product and have a "buying" instead of a "selling" experience, then you need look no further. More

I knew the vehicle I wanted so I sought multiple quotes from multiple dealerships before visiting any of them. Terry Mykins gave me his best price upfront and didn't waste my time as other dealerships did by "misunderstanding" what I wanted or quoting me a low price on a vehicle with less equipment or one that was not even in their inventory. Ed Garvin was friendly and knowledgeable on his product (way better than most dealership sales staff) and went the extra mile to make sure we knew everything about the vehicle and how to operate it. Plus, he is an interesting guy. I had low expectations going into the buying process but all the folks at Molle did an outstanding job. While the products at dealerships are all the same, the buying experience definitely is not! I now know the reason Molle is a high-volume dealership and why most cars in the KC metro area have the "Molle" name on the back. I'll be back to Molle when I'm shopping again. More
