Service for oil change and tire rotation was a disaster. Was not even told rotation not done nor that nail was in tire. The service was fine. When I presented my coupon for the oil change the Tech stated that he would have to up charge me for 2 additional quarts of oil since the coupon was only good for 5 quarts. When I was oil change the Tech stated that he would have to up charge me for 2 additional quarts of oil since the coupon was only good for 5 quarts. When I was at home I discovered that my Tacoma only requires 6.2 quarts. So I was charged an additional $7 for oil I didn't receive. The $7 is not a big deal to me, but multiply that with all the oil changes the dealer does in a years time and that is a nice profit for them. I know the answer is that it's industry standard, but when you buy in bulk they should only charge for what they provide. It's not like the good old days! More
