I received a dink in the driver's side door, so I reported it to the person that wrote up my bill. They did a picture on their phone and said Toyota would call me. I call the person that sold me the car the next day report my issue and I knew that it was a different department so they might not be able to due anything. The person said they would follow-up with the service department . It is the end of the day(Friday) & I have not heard a word from anyone, yet the next day I get this survey notice. Not very good customer service!!!! More

We had been doing research online and new we wanted a really low mileage used Camry SE. Wes held the door open for us as we entered and started the conversation. Wes clarified what we were looking for and compared prices of used to new. Too close to rule out new so we found new one my wife liked and we drove it. She happy, me happy. Only negative was trade in value, half of what Edmunds claimed. But that is what you get buying new with trade. Overall dealer professional and efficient and explained and answered our primary questions to help us feel comfortable purchasing. This is our 4th Toyota purchase but first new Toyota purchased. No mechanical issues on any of them with almost 200,000 miles between the three we currently own before this purchase. More

Jeff - the salesman we dealt with was generally good, but there are clearly some communication issues happening within the dealership. I got the truck I wanted for what I felt like was a good deal. The issue we had is that we were driving in from Colorado to get a vehicle we couldn’t find in stock out here, and I had mentioned multiple times to the initial contact that I was coming Saturday. We got there as early as we were able and were met with confusion and surprise and they told us they expected us on Monday and had to scramble to get things ready. Honestly, I’d rather give a lower rating for the communication issues, but I don’t want it to reflect badly on the actual salesman we worked with in person. More
