Always Accommodating When I arrived for my 18-month scheduled service, I asked Sean about reprogramming the idiot light (money wrench), which came on two months earlier th When I arrived for my 18-month scheduled service, I asked Sean about reprogramming the idiot light (money wrench), which came on two months earlier than needed to remind me that I was due for service, so that it would light closer to the next required visit. He got in the car and did it right then and there, even honoring my request to disable it completely. (I have no problem with calendaring these visits on my own.) The entire servicing took less than an hour. Sean explained the work that had been done and answered all of my questions. This is typical of the kind of service I get every time I visit Molle Toyota's Service Department. More

I went up to the advisor about an hour later and asked the advisor if my car got in yet. he said it had not. i asked the service man to get me when they checked the breaks. about 10 min later the service man said there was miscommunication and the service person already replaced the breaks. i said ok and he took off an extra $20. for the mix up.
