The only reason why I gave an overall rating of 4 stars is due to an issue with the online scheduler. I scheduled my visit for 8:00 AM via the online scheduler and received a confirmation. But when I got to the dealership, I was told I was "late" because my appointment was for 7:40 AM. I will probably not use this method to schedule appointments in the future. More
