I believe $77 is to much for an oil change. I was a little disappointed to learn that your battery tester is down. When I asked if they took the 5 seconds to scrape off the little bit of corrosion tha little disappointed to learn that your battery tester is down. When I asked if they took the 5 seconds to scrape off the little bit of corrosion that was building up around the terminal. The reply I got was that battery service was $55.00. I think management should consider what they are doing, pretty soon you will have a revolt over gouging people. The best part of my visit/service was that my service tech at the checkin counter was pleasant friendly and easy to deal with! More

Outstanding service. My only car became dead when my wife was due to pick me up after 4 days in the hospital & 3 weeks in a rehab center. I had it towed to your service center for a new battey and full wife was due to pick me up after 4 days in the hospital & 3 weeks in a rehab center.
