Requested Oil Change, I had an appointment for oil change, 6 month service on new 2018 Pruis Prime. Service advisor informed me oil change is not due until 10,000 miles. I had an appointment for oil change, 6 month service on new 2018 Pruis Prime. Service advisor informed me oil change is not due until 10,000 miles. For all the equipment I owned oil change is performed in either miles indicated by vehicle service schedule and/or time interval. Based on what the service advisor stated, it will be late 2019 or 2020 before this vehicle will need change. For this vehicle I am using time interval. I will be taking it to another dealer to get what I requested. More

Friendly and they don’t play games Recently I had my car totaled and I needed to replace it on short notice. As soon as I received word from my insurance company I knew I would be going to Molle. Having worked for several car dealerships in the past I know about the kinds of games dealerships like to play, especially when they know a customer “needs” to buy a car. Right away I knew my experience at Molle was going to be different from other places. Beth Andrew in the BDC helped me set an appointment and right away I was greeted by Conor Hopkins. Conor was courteous and let me test drive the car on a route that included parts of my daily commute. Conor never pressured me and once I was comfortable that I picked the right car he walked me through paperwork. The sales Manager Nathan Coker made me a fair offer upfront and the finance manager Bill Herder, inspite of his grumpy cat appearance, was friendly and had me in and out of his office in less than ten minutes. This is the second car I’ve purchased at Molle Toyota. More
