Overall they do a good job, but today I want super happy. I went in for an oil change, asked if I needed a tire rotation, he said yep, I verified at home I didn’t need one. I was quoted an hour and a half wait time, after being there for 2.5 hours I walked out to see what was going on and he said oh oops your ready, I was very unhappy at that point. He just got me my payment stuff, I asked if anything was found out about either mystery problem he said nope..I’ve had better experiences here for sure, but today I was ready to ask for a manager but was to angry to speak with someone without yelling so I paid and left. More

2+ hours for an oil change and tire rotation I brought my car in for a 1:10 appointment and waited. It wasn’t even taken back to be serviced until after 2 as I could see it sitting there where I I brought my car in for a 1:10 appointment and waited. It wasn’t even taken back to be serviced until after 2 as I could see it sitting there where I dropped it off. Then it still took another hour and half to be serviced and then I was told my battery needed replacing. The service person tried to give me some run around saying well yeah it’s the original battery so over 6 years old. Then I said it wasn’t the original and she said oh well yeah if you buy it other places sometimes it doesn’t last as long. To which I said i bought it here two years ago. I don’t appreciate being given the run around about it all and for waiting over 2.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was compensated 50/50 for the battery, and was told i was also given an extra $15 off for waiting, however i did not see the extra amount off the bill. Just a very poor experience all around, it has never taken this long in the past. More
