Service Department This was absolutely a horrible experience. I am usually pleased with Molle Toyota. When I called to make this service appointment for an oil change on This was absolutely a horrible experience. I am usually pleased with Molle Toyota. When I called to make this service appointment for an oil change only, I was told it would only take 1 hour. (1 1/2 hr at the most). The service representative was very nice I must say, but the service was horrible. It should not take 2 hours to do just an oil change when you have an appointment. I literally had to walk up to the service desk and ask what is going on with my car. After an 1 1/2 I was told its up on the rack it would be 10 more minutes. Which furthermore lets me know it was a rush job. Now I'm complaining that I have to get to work so they put a rush on my car. Not a good feeling. By the way. I was late to work. Wouldn't have scheduled if I would have known it takes 2 hrs for an appointment just to change the oil. You got cars coming out that customers have left, while your waiting customers have to suffer and wait for theirs. I was not pleased at all with this service. More

Another good experience at Molle Toyoa I rarely have to wait to get in, they move right along. The work shop has a person at all kiosks.
