When I returned for my tag paperwork I was greeted by sales staff warmly, who asked about my first couple weeks with the car. Main Side Awesome I've had my Tacoma in both the truck side and the car side for service. I will never go back to the truck side. I had my Tacoma in on November 2nd for a nail in my tire. A few days before Toyota recalled the blower/fan. The CSR never said anything about it, so I asked. He said he would have to order the part. I never received a call. I figured it could wait till my next service, which was the current one. All done!!!! The car side CSR's seem to be engaged. The truck side act like they don't want to be there. The experience on Friday will always make me request going to the car side. Gene was AWESOME, Molle should be thankful they have him!!! More

He was courteous, answered all our questions about the Prius models, and left us several times to talk about it alone. It was a pleasant experience for both of us. We got the vehicle we wanted, and we spent about two hours test driving and looking over options, and we came back the next day, and spent about 3.5 hours agreeing on a price and completing all the paperwork for a loan, as well as getting a great car orientation from Ismael.
