Thank you for this feedback. We appreciate you trusting us with your service needs! On average and oil change and tire rotation does take an hour and half. All oil changes and tire rotations include a 27 multi point inspection, which also includes topping off all fluids and ensuring all tires have the right amount of air. We strive to get our customers in and out in a timely manner, but on average we do take about an hour to an hour a half for this service.
