My wife has been in a Highlander for 4 years after 12 years in a Sequoia. She loves her car and the service at Molle. Made the purchase process enjoyable. Reception was attentive and introduced us to Clayton. He answered our questions thoroughly and made our visit including a test drive both informative Reception was attentive and introduced us to Clayton. He answered our questions thoroughly and made our visit including a test drive both informative and enjoyable on a very busy day at the dealership. On a return visit we test drove a different model Avalon which helped us confirm our choice. He then structured a purchase plan that more than met our budget goals and added certain accessories we desired. Every step of the process with Clayton was thoroughly and clearly explained to us in a very friendly manner. A visit with Jordan in service answered some basic maintenance questions. Again as with the other staff we talked with, Jordan was cordial and welcoming to the Molle dealership. Darnall then walked us through the contract process never showing any impatience despite the fact it was past closing time on December 31st. This is our first Toyota product and Molle team and the Avalon more than met our expectations. We received the attention and courtesies we would have expected had we been lifelong customers of Molle. To receive such a warm welcome on a first time visit demonstrates a customer focused orientation at this ddalership. Nicely done, Molle team! More
