Whole experience could not have been more seamless or easy, and they gave me a great deal - no hidden fees, no games, just a great price on the vehicle and on my trade and they respected my time. Compared to other Toyota dealership experiences in the area, this was head and shoulders above the rest. I don't leave reviews typically, but after my experience at Molle, I felt compelled to do so. Highly recommended, and will have no hesitation to take my business there in the future. More

Disappointing Service I worked with several people during the purchase of my new car. I was happy with the price we landed on, however there were several items that I was I worked with several people during the purchase of my new car. I was happy with the price we landed on, however there were several items that I was not happy with. 1. This particular comment might be a general Toyota issue. I have previously purchased a new Mazda3 and had an excellent buying experience. With all new cars, the Mazda dealer allowed for one free programming selections. I 100% believe all dealerships should offer this service. It costs them practically nothing and would improve customer experience. I was very irritated by a particular setting on my new Prius and was initially informed that I would need to pay $75 minimum to get it changed. Ultimately they made the change at no cost after we complained. 2. I purchased (and went home) with my car on a Thursday evening. On Friday, I had it in the service department to fix the annoying continuous backup beeping. While it was in the shop (approximately 12 hours after I had left the dealership), I was informed that they were going to fix a recall while in the shop. What I don't understand is why the recall wasn't addressed prior to selling me the car. It is highly unlikely that the recall came in the very next morning. 3. The final item that was probably my largest frustration was the fact that the salesperson ate a hot dog (or something similar) and brought a drink back to the dealership in my new car. The car required fueling from a nearby gas station before I left with it. While the salesperson was out, he purchased food and consumed it in my car. I am sure they will deny eating in the car, but the smell was undeniable...and when he returned, he only had a drink in his hand. More
