Johnathan got the issue analyzed quickly, even though I did not have an appointment. I had talked to Don Pelzer earlier in the week when the car would not start and he told me to just bring it in, if it st did not have an appointment. Unfortunately, the dealership is Stock Out on the needed battery and there is a 4 to 6 week wait. Jonathan got one on order for me, but the car is not deemed reliable until it is replaced. More

The service consultant was very helpful to get my car in to replace the 12-volt battery on Friday afternoon. My 2012 Toyota Prius V would not start during the week of the extremely cold weather. I had call to replace the 12-volt battery on Friday afternoon. My 2012 Toyota Prius V would not start during the week of the extremely cold weather. I had called the Service Dept earlier in the week to determine how best to get the car in to get it fixed and was told to get it jumped or towed in and emphasized it needed to be in before 3:30 in order to have time to fix it. I was fortunate to get a jump prior to driving the car to the Molle's. The battery replacement was accomplished quickly. I greatly appreciated the service and courtesy the staff provided me. Thank you very much! More

Rick was pleasantly professional. The work requested was done promptly. Although I knew my tires were significantly worn, I didn’t bring my Camry in for that. Nonetheless, Rick brought their condition to done promptly. Although I knew my tires were significantly worn, I didn’t bring my Camry in for that.
