Great Experience! Exactly what I needed. I've been bringing my cars for maintenance for over 7 years now. I recently leased a new Highlander about 4 months ago and in addition, now a new Camr I've been bringing my cars for maintenance for over 7 years now. I recently leased a new Highlander about 4 months ago and in addition, now a new Camry. I worked directly with Anthony Gooden (Sales) and Darnell Johnson (Finance) both times. Truly a great experience. I really appreciate Anthony's no pressure professionalism and he listened and worked with his team to meet my needs. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. Darnell Johnson also worked hard to meet my financing needs. As a reasonable customer, I felt he really cared to satisfy my target financial responsibility. I have no need to look no where else; the Molle Toyota team has solidified my continued business. Fell short My son brought our 2005 Toyota 4Runner in for an oil change on 4/24/19 8:10am. I explained to the associate when I called that the skid plate bolts we My son brought our 2005 Toyota 4Runner in for an oil change on 4/24/19 8:10am. I explained to the associate when I called that the skid plate bolts were stripped (she said they should be able to find that when they do the oil change) and the TPMS and maint light were lit on the dash and if they could check it out. My son was told the rear brakes were at 1MM and needed changed, it was time for a timing belt change, spark plugs and the transfer case needed a flush. I told my son to get a quote for all the work (so I could work the funds into the budget) but we were not going to fix those things on this visit. My son said they reset the TPMS and on his way home it was flashing the entire time, the skid plate bolts were not fixed (paperwork stated will get on next visit) and I asked how did they changed the oil filter and he said they just reached up there and changed it. I appreciate the information on the things that need to be done but I wanted the annoying TPMS light to be off/fixed and the skid plate to have new bolts so it would be tight and not have the chance of falling off while I am driving. If the bolts are stripped then they wont tighten up which means the chances of it coming off are increased. I just wanted the 2 things fixed and the oil change on this visit. More
