bad customer service ! First I was told I could not get a loaner best of the kind of service I was having. ( 5000 miles) that was supposedly to take about an hour. Not tru First I was told I could not get a loaner best of the kind of service I was having. ( 5000 miles) that was supposedly to take about an hour. Not true I dropped my truck off at 9am didn't get it back until 3:30 pm! Had to call several times to see what was going on the advisor never communicated with me. Second I asked my advisor to check on the price of a new tire.... he failed to do that! When I picked my truck up asked him does it normally take 5 hrs to rotate tires and check fluids , he basically didn't answer gave me some story about having to order parts for a recall and my hood cover!!! they didn't replace them that day I have to go back! So what did that have to do with anything. I'm very reluctant to take it back thinking about trying another dealership! More

On a Monday, I contacted Molle Toyota and on Thursday afternoon my wife was driving her new car home. There were a couple issues finding exactly the options she wanted, but each was accepted as a challenge by our salesman and solved in a matter of minutes or hours. This is our third new vehicle purchase from Molle since 2012 and we continue to be happy with their sales, financing, and service departments. I have and I do highly praise and recommend them. More
