I'm done with Toyota We were leasing a small car from this Dealer and we went over the mileage allowed, so when we realized that, we approached the Dealer to end the lease We were leasing a small car from this Dealer and we went over the mileage allowed, so when we realized that, we approached the Dealer to end the lease so as not to continue to accumulate more extra miles. We told the salesperson we needed to lower the monthly payments, but this Dealer never bothered about this which I believe could have been achieved by us purchasing the leased car. Their only solution was to purchase a Toyota Yaris, a much larger car that I did not like but it was the only option Toyota had as far as "small" cars. I don't know what was the numerics for this, but we ended up purchasing the Yaris for a lot more than it is worth. I can't wait to finish paying for the darn Yaris to never again purchase another Toyota. More

Lug nut nightmare I bought a 2017 RAV4 in March 2017, so I’ve only had the car two years. Maintenance was included up to 25,000 miles so I had just been servicing it wi I bought a 2017 RAV4 in March 2017, so I’ve only had the car two years. Maintenance was included up to 25,000 miles so I had just been servicing it with (Adams)Toyota since it’s closer to my house. When I bought the car, no one ever mentioned that there were locking lug nuts on my wheels. Okay, well I assumed the part would be in my tire kit. Nope. Nothing for the lug nuts. I called Molle since I bought it there, and they had me bring it in to fit the right tool, so I did just that. They told me they would waive the price and they would ship it to my house and it would be 3 to 4 days. Awesome right? A week passed, still no part. I called back up there and they said “no, we got them in 3 to 4 days and then ship them to you. They were shipped out yesterday.” Maybe explain that a little better next time..? The part finally arrives. It’s not the right one! I take the part back up to Molle and explain that it’s not the right one and this is the second time I’ve driven up here for this and I really need to change my brakes so I would just like to take the locking lug nuts off and replace them with regular ones. Molle says I have to pay $8 a piece for the lug nuts. Then say they can only take 20% for our trouble. Oh, and it is an hour and a half wait just to change out four lug nuts. $30,000 for a car without providing information about the car or the part, and then all the trouble to get the part, but they can’t even spare $32 and ten minutes just to bypass the issue I’ve been trying for weeks to handle???? I left, still without the issue handled. I definitely won’t be providing anymore business to this dealership nor will any of my friends and family! More
