Good service as always at Molle Toyota They were able to get me in at my convenience for regular maintenance, and I asked them to also determine the source of the unpleasant smell. I was surprised when they called me from the waiting room to look at the car, and even more surprised to learn that the car was infested with mice and to see the droppings, acorns, etc. that the mice left behind. They told me that my insurance company would probably want to see the car before any more work was done, which proved to be exactly correct. They worked well with my insurance company (State Farm) through the process of checking out the car and determining that it is a total loss (alas!). If they had contacted me to let me know how things were progressing, this would have been a 5-star review, but they were very responsive when I called them. More

We had met a few months ago and I had told him I wa I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Clayton Bailey in Used Cars to buy a newer used Highlander. We had met a few months ago and I had told him I was looking for a Highlander of a certain body style, color and features. The day he got one in, he texted me. It was exactly what I was looking for, a used Highlander with low mileage and in beautiful shape. After the sale was complete, Mr. Bailey helped me with the new features on my 2013 (my prior car was a 2006) Highlander, gathered all the pertinent car records for my new car, walked me to the Finance department and even gave me a lift home as i had brought my old car in for service. The Finance department closed the transaction quickly and efficiently, and the Parts department ordered some things for my new car quickly and painlessly. The oil change in the Truck department was great. Thanks again Clayton! Management: Give that guy a promotion, please. More
