The only downside (and it was significant) was the time it took to finalize the paperwork with finance even after the credit was worked out. We waited 2 hours for this to happen and that was disappointing. Once we got in there, Darnell was polite to us, but he spent the first couple of minutes blaming the sales guys for the wait (which we didn’t bring up anything about waiting) and he talked very fast when going through everything (on autopilot). More

Different for Senior reasons Our sales person was great, the sales manager (don't recall name) was receptive. We knew our rating was poor, they wanted an amount that we didn't ha Our sales person was great, the sales manager (don't recall name) was receptive. We knew our rating was poor, they wanted an amount that we didn't have and still meeting the sales tax....plus a signal might have been possible in data collection that poor people aren't. They asked for references..okay They asked for a utility bill, even though we provided multiple address proofs. Then, they needed a Social Security document from 2019 and called it the wrong name which made understanding what they really needed difficult. We suggested the correct document name and a visual radicated example for us older folk. Otherwise I loved it and I'm not just saying that...we had 1 communication issue and all was easily resolved. More
