Excellent Customer Service - Honest Sales Representative I went to Molle Toyota looking for a specific SUV. However, it had just been placed on hold with a deposit (basically, sale pending). The sales repres I went to Molle Toyota looking for a specific SUV. However, it had just been placed on hold with a deposit (basically, sale pending). The sales representative, Connor, took my name and number in the event the sale didn't go through. He then offered up another vehicle; a one owner, AWD with better gas mileage. I took a quick look and passed on driving it as I was in a hurry and it wasn't why I went to Molle Toyota. Later that day, I did a little research on that type of vehicle but didn't do anything more. Three days later, my soon to be 16 year old son and I went on a car shopping marathon. We looked at MANY dealerships in addition to a few vehicles being sold by individuals. Molle Toyota was our first stop. Right away, Connor was personable, knowledgeable and seemingly honest. With it being our first stop of the day, we didn't drive the vehicle right then and continued to shop around. In the early evening, after seeing a lot of vehicles, my son decided he wanted to check out/test drive the SUV Connor suggested. We gave Connor a call and while it was almost closing time, Connor was very accommodating. We drove the vehicle, liked the vehicle, but didn't commit. On our way home, my son mentioned how much he appreciated Connor's approach; not pushy, knowledgeable and real. I think my son said that he didn't find Connor to be "slick" and had a positive feeling about the entire experience. The next day my son decided that the vehicle Connor suggest was the one for him. It fits all of our needs and I am very appreciative that Connor mentioned it when I was initially there looking for another make/model. In addition, Saturday evening before closing, Connor introduced us to the Used Sales Manager, John Sanson. When I returned to purchase the vehicle on Monday afternoon, John remembered my son's name (big points there).Bill Herder in Finance was pleasant and got me in and out in no time. All in all, it was a very awesome experience. I will 100% recommend Molle Toyota and specifically the gentlemen mentioned in this review. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! More
