I arrived a few minutes early for 8:45 AM appointment but Brandon was right there and went over my list of issues to address. He told me that the work would take from 3 to 4 hours. I told him that I would wait. Brandon kept me apprised of the progress and completed the work in 3 hours. The charges were significant but in line with what Brandon had indicated when I checked in and authorized the work. I am pleased with the courtesy and attention which I received as a customer and expect that the results of the work will be satisfactory and enduring for the remaining life of the Avalon. More

But then I learned that they made a mistake and they mixed up the names so the car that I ordered was not actually in yet. I waited another two months before getting it. We were offered a very fair deal for our trade in. He was very clear about what we were buying and walked us through the technology in our new car before we left the lot. The finance person was equally straightforward. Very clear about the financing and our options for extended service options. I have never purchased an extended service contract because the finance people come off to me as snake oils salespeople. He was also refreshing. Sorry I can’t remember his name. This is our second RAV 4 and we did not go back to our previous dealership because we felt that they were underhanded and we left them feeling kind of screwed. More
