In and Out - No Upsale! I brought it in for scheduled maintenance and expected to spend a lot of money. Much to my surprise, it only needed a tire rotation. I used a coupon I brought it in for scheduled maintenance and expected to spend a lot of money. Much to my surprise, it only needed a tire rotation. I used a coupon they sent me, which included a wheel balance. Total bill was less than $20. The service advisor, Joseph Sulzen, took the time to explain everything, including what maintenance might be needed next time. He even took my phone call to answer an additional question. As always, the service area is quite clean. More
