Longer than expected I arrived with my toddler at the dealership and got the car looked at right away. I was told that the shuttle would bring me home soon, but was left waiting for about an hour just to have the driver tell me " There isn't more space " for my baby and I . I then had to wait another 30-40 min for someone else to drive me home. This is not very professional and someone with a baby that has specific needs should have precedence over someone without . It took two days to fix the car, which was much longer than originally explained. Then the car wasn't even washed, which is done with a regular oil change.... The car runs smoothly again and we got somewhat of a discount, but I think there could be some room for improvement . NR More

After service, I had a problem with no display for my driving, and turned around and asked someone to assist me. I do no remember his name, but it was a very busy time there, he was helping several folks at the same time, and actually got in my car and fixed me up promptly. I really appreciate that. Joe, my service rep, was really nice and realistic about time for service, even finishing up 5 minutes early. Good place to do business. More
