disappointed I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection with an $84.95 coupon. I told the service rep to have them check the tire pressu I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection with an $84.95 coupon. I told the service rep to have them check the tire pressure, as all 4 of the tires were over-inflated according to my display. So I asked that the pressure be corrected during the tire rotation. The service rep told me that the coolant fluids & transmission fluid probably needed to be changed too, which would run about $600 total. He also said the spark-plugs also probably needed replaces too which would be another $900, eeks! So about $1600 in service, if I got everything done. I don't doubt it probably needs to be done, just had major sticker-shock from it all. I opted for just the $84.95 service until I could call the previous owner to see if they had done the 100k service. The service dept waiting area was warm, the coffee machine didn't work (totally out of product), and there were no bagels or breakfast bars that I've always looked forward to on previous service visits. The shuttle driver was nice, and the service was done quickly, so that was a plus. Driving home that evening I looked at the tire pressures on vehicle display, nothing had changed. All 4 tires were still over-inflated, so it makes me wonder if they overlooked the 1 request I had, were other parts of the service overlooked, or not done? I've been a loyal Toyota owner and service user for about 20 years. I don't mind paying a premium price for a premium service but am sad to say this visit was sub-par to all of my prior experiences with Molle. More

Avalon from Clayton Bailley, though could not get to him for this one. Randy S. was at the door when we came in to meet up with Clayton, who got delayed with a customer and is really now in used cars, and he told Randy to proceed. We knew what we would do, so sat down and placed order for Rav 4 Hybrid. The delivery was 2 1/2 months, so we know we lucked out compared to some waiting since March for a Rav 4. We would normally never trade in a car this soon, as we drive the heck out of Toyotas. Sarah is doing most of driving and is short and needed the heighth. We think we will love this car. Have a bit to learn about Technology of it. Do not like sound it makes when stops and starts, keep thinking there is a siren in distance. Will discuss with Randy. VERY disappointed in the $$ got for Avalon. Expected to get to talk to Frank Molle if we had an issue, but he was not there and timing was tough for us. David Fisher had suggested that. Knew that since the Avalon had front end bash - from Sarah hitting accelerator instead of brake - that it would be lower, but no movement at all for price of car. We ended up paying 2,000 more than we had hoped. In Molle collision, I had told Robert (whom we think is perfect at that job) that the car would soon be yours to sell, so be sure to do it perfectly. I misunderstood how the payments we were making to Toyota went out of our bank, So I think they will get an extra 533.29 this month. I thought Finance was stopping it, but wasn't how it was set up at bank. We love the service department. Very good connects made with sales also! Buy Your Toyota at Molle When we went to Molle Toyota we already knew we planned to buy a Toyota Camry Hybrid since we already own one. There were none on the lot at that time When we went to Molle Toyota we already knew we planned to buy a Toyota Camry Hybrid since we already own one. There were none on the lot at that time, for us to test drive, be we were willing to wait until our car came in to give it a spin around the block and make that final decision. We worked with Roy Nketani who did an excellent job and helped us with every aspect of the process. Because we wanted the color of our Camry Hybrid to be Brownstone, we had to wait a few days for the car to come in. It was well worth the wait. Roy took a lot of time and explained all the features of the Camry and how to use each. While Roy was working on the important paperwork and getting us set up with Bill Herder, we had a chance to spend some time talking to Jason McAfee, the General Sales Manager, who made us feel very welcome and glad we had chosen Molle. We couldn't be happier with our Toyota Camry Hybrid, Roy, and all the staff at Molle. More
