Could’ve been better. I went to this dealership less than a month ago I was looking to buy a used Subaru Wrx,I really liked the car,It was a hot day,Parking is horrible lit I went to this dealership less than a month ago I was looking to buy a used Subaru Wrx,I really liked the car,It was a hot day,Parking is horrible little to no space,We waited a while to get some help,finally I had to go up to and ask for help Ray because I wasn’t being helped,he was really nice at first I had a trade in He looked up my VIN on his phone(when they have access to carfax)and told me that my car was wrecked,I said no,it hasn’t sir, and he insisted it was a salvage title when in reality it was a lemon,I tried to explain that but he didn’t wanna hear it,and then he said that it had 5 recalls that haven’t been done,which where reacalls that the manufacturer had issued over the years and had been fixed,I know he did this give me the least he could for the trade in,he offered me $2,500 which was ridiculous when the trade in value of the car its at least 5,000 so I declined the offer and said I was just gonna keep it,he said give me a second and he came back and he’s like we’ll give you $4,500 he said he had double checked and the cars was a lemon which I had told him already,we tried to do a test drive and the car was dead no battery,which for one could mean that the car hasn’t been used in a long time which is weird because it was a 2017 model car or there was an something else going on,he got a jumpstart,we did the test drive car was good,but he really was talking too good about the BRAND which is understandable but he works at a Toyota dealership and he mentioned he wanted to buy a Fiesta ST which I just thought it was funny,anyways I liked the car we went back inside the car was around $25,500 He started pressuring the sale so it felt forced at this point my dad was with me an I was exited I just wanted to take the car home,But my dad offered him $25,000 and he said no right away,he *asked the manager (the manager wasn’t even working that day his name is Nathan,and the supervisor was on another bulging and said that the car was really low priced and couldn’t take $500 off,he said it was a $37,000 dollar car and my dad said yes but that was when it was brand new so from there he didn’t like my dad being there,I didn’t need the car or anything I was just looking but we walked away because I had to work we were just looking,and were gonna come back next week,I did all paperwork and applied for financing on a price of paper thats right in 2019 we had to fill out a paper application,it might sound ridiculous to walk away over $500 but 2 days later the car got a $600 dollar price cut,We decided not come back and 3 days later the car didn’t get sold but was sent somewhere else,which made me realize that there’s a huge margin on their used cars,they lost a sale over $500 when they could’ve made way more on the financing. More
