As I waited “patiently “ because “patience is golden”, it was easy to hear how many people were having issues with the service. I called from the parking lot , asked for a customer service rep, was on hold for 4 minutes, and finally talked to a “person “ whom I believe was a service rep. that was only very defensive, and I finally hung up on him and did this review when I got home. It is sad that no effort is being made to keep my loyalty! Bring back the days when service was A+!
