However our experience with the finance department was a bit different. Once we agreed on the price of the vehicle and our trade we were sent to finance. Due to a blemish (incorrect reporting that has since been corrected) our credit history we were given a much high rate. The finance person who we met with who was clearly put out for having to deal with someone with a bad credit score never even introduced himself to us. We explained that we are pre approved through our bank and would return the next day with a check. The following day he still never introduce himself and had the same put off attitude until the check came out. After that, it was all smiles and stories of how he used to work in our home town. We were later told by Phil his name was RJ Schaffer. More

Bad service experience. It took over two hours for an oil change and brake fluid change. Finally, after two hours and ten minutes, I went to the Service Adviser to check on my car and he said he had the paper work there but he had been really busy. I was watching him from the waiting area and I noticed that he was on the phone quite a bit. I have had my car and my wife"s Highlander to Molle Toyota a number of times and the experience was good. I told her I am going to buy my car and she helped to schedule the appt for me at 6:30PM. However, on the day of my appt, I came in at 6PM, I met Roy and he told me to wait for a while since all financial guys were assisting customers, I said fine. I wait to about 6:45, the customer is walking out JR's office, so I walked in JR's office and ask him if I can meet him for my end up leasing, he said "hold on, he need to do some research, give him a min", then I said fine and wait outside. Then Roy was called in his office, and they have a talk. After the talk, Roy come to me said they are too busy to meet me today, you can wait until all the customer being asisted. It might take 2 more hours. It was already around 7PMish at that time. I ask: I had an appt set on 6:30PM. What is the purpose to set an appt if they are too busy to meet me? Roy said: No matter you have appt or not, we are going to assist customer who physically came in toyota. Then I had an agruement with him because I do not think this is right, and end up with I left Toyota after the argument. The next day, Seth followed up again to see how the appt went. I said the financing person refuse to see me. She apologized to me and rescheudle the appt next day. During the call, I give the permission to my wife to meet the financial guys talking about the loan, becuase I can not go on the appt time. When my wife went to Toyota, THEY REFUSE TO SEE MY WIFE again!!!!!!!!!!!!! Said it is a busy season, we can not assist you today. Again, what is the purpose to set appt???!! The Seth followed up thrid time next day, she apologized again and told me she promise this time we can meet someone in the office. We went there, and finally meet Bill. However, Bill is an really impatient guys who is very unfriendly to us. Because we did not know credit card will not work, we told Bill we were going to drive back to pick up check. He replied: Yes, you can do that. but by the time you come back, I may assist another customer. You may have to wait. We said that is ok. When we come back, Bill is not assisting other customer, so we walked in his office. However, he asked us to go the next door to Darnell. He passed our case in the middle of the process to Darnell!!!! However, we felt lucky that we met Darnell. Darnell was a really nice patient financial guy explain everything clearly and willing to assist customers. I closed my deal with Darnell's help. Overall, the experience with Toyota Molly is extremely bad! I suggest if you want better service, do not go there! More
