It was a Saturday morning and the place was busy, and the Representative was nice to offer to take the car even though I didn't have an appointment. He warned me there would be a wait. However, after almost 4 hours of wait I got upset. I appreciate that the person wanted to help me not to have to come back, but I would have liked him to tell me the wait would be so long so I could call my husband for a ride or decided to make an appointment for another day. The representative had good intentions, was polite at all times, and the repair was good. He just needs to better calculate the wait time in the future. Thanks. More
Problem resolved with a minimum wait I had a concern regarding whether I had damaged a tire when I hit a curb a few days ago. My tire pressure light came on, and I was not able to check my own tires because I recently had cataract surgery and could not stoop or bend for a week. I got a last minute appointment scheduled for Saturday, and was able to get a determination that there was no tire damage. The service department got my tire pressure to the correct level and I was on my way! More

Molle Toyota has always been good to me but Jordan has always been customer service oriented and remembers me even if he is not checking me or remembers an issue I was having.
