Very Disappointed The oil change was ok, we think. The way that they treated our car after changing the flat tire to spare tire was a disaster. We came to have them e The oil change was ok, we think. The way that they treated our car after changing the flat tire to spare tire was a disaster. We came to have them examine our flat tire and see if is repairable. It was not. We asked for oil change since we were there. They did. We asked if they could please change the tire to our spare tire. They throw a dirty tire on top of my wife’s belongings in the trunk. They also made a mess where the driver sit by not using a pad to prevent from bringing dirt, rain and dirt to the car. So disrespectful, I can not believe this from Toyota dealership. The salesman Joe was very nice. I had to call him and express my frustration. More

145,000 miles and running great Service above and beyond. Customers were stacked up in two lines extending outside the service doors. Figured I would wait quite awhile but a servic Service above and beyond. Customers were stacked up in two lines extending outside the service doors. Figured I would wait quite awhile but a service advisor (Rick) came out into the drizzle to get my VIN and keys, then asked me to meet him at the service podium. We discussed the service needed then I waited for not quite an hour in the comfort of the customer waiting room. Rick said, on parting, that I took good care of the car. Evidently the service team really appreciates customers with well-cared-for cars. More
