Annual service Came in for annual service, oil change and tire rotation. No problems with the car. Able to confirm with associate that in fact I only need to do service annually since I am not driving 10,000 miles in a year. That has been an item of confusion over the last 2 years but am glad to have that cleared up going forward. Got in timely and only took an hour. More

Fantastic I called and said my battery was dead as a doornail and could they accept the tow I had initiated. Employees were nice but service was poor! My vehicle was taken to Molle Collision after I was involved in an accident.The employees at the shop were very nice but the service wasn't good. The wrong parts were ordered for my car 2-3 times, and my vehicle was there for 4 months. My insurance company decided after finding another issue with the front camera they would just total the car. I live 3 hours away and was told that my car would be gone through with a fine tooth comb and everything placed in a box for me to pick up at my convenience so State Farm could pick up the car. Good thing I didn't trust that to be true. My son-in-law who lives in KC went to get my belongings and decided to go look in my car just to make sure that everything was taken out for me. Good thing he did as the glove box, center compartment and door storage compartments still had a lot my things in them. Makes me sick to thing I could of left all of that in my vehicle thinking it was gone through with a fine tooth comb. The employees were extremely nice when I would call and in the end kept me to date on the progress of my car. I did have to ask to be updated and have my calls returned. I don't think I would ever take anything else there or recommend at all. They definitely need some other procedures put in place to make sure their customers are taken care of, treated as they would want to be treated, and also keep their word on what they say they are going to do for you. Sadly disappointed. More
